Useful Console Commands : Elder Scrolls Skyrim
The console is a powerful tool for true bad asses. By hitting (~) you can enter commands to change different settings within Skyrim or spawn dragons and bunnies.
Console commands are only available for PC. Skyrim console commands for X360? Nope. Skyrim console commands for PS3? Nope. Glorious PC master race.
Crash course in console commands in Skyrim.
You type in the command exactly as it is written unless there is an input field noted by <>. Example, <Item ID> or <Quantity>
There are also commands that toggle effects on and off, like god mode. To toggle them on or off, the command is the same, just repeat it.
Some console commands require a target. For these click on the target with your mouse while you have the console open (~), an ID number should appear in the center of your screen in brackets. From there, enter the command.
You must at some point spawn 25 dragons and 25 bunnies and have an epic battle.

This is not a complete list of the console commands because I don't think the normal person needs to know how to change enemies factions. For a complete list check out uesp.
