QD Inventory

Literally, the UI mod we've been waiting for. The font used in the picture is horrible but that's how the inventory mod sets everything up. You can change the font with the font mod below.

Container Categorization

Normally chests, bodies, safes, urns etc. Are all lumped together in one category of item unlike your personal inventory that is sorted by weapon, apparel, potions etc. This mod forces all inventory systems to behave like that.

KenMOD - Item Icons
http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1096
While what this mod does is small, adds icons. What it does is help make the Skyrim UI more friendly. I'm not saying it was hard to tell that the Elven War Axe was an axe, but the icons are visually pleasing to look at. Besides I am so antsy for a new UI mod that I'll take anything.
But no joke, this is a good UI mod for Skyrim.

Main Font Replacement

It's crazy how changing the font changes the feel of the game, for the better. I suggest Centaur. This is one of those subtle changes that enhances the entire game.
